“For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus, who gave Himself for us to redeem us from every lawless deed, and to purify for Himself a people for His own possession, zealous for good deeds.” (Titus 2:11-14).
God’s Grace Transforms!!!!!
God wants us to turn from godless living & sinful pleasures & to live good, sensible, righteous, & God-fearing lives!!!

Nicky Cruz, co-leader of the dreaded Mau-Mau's, a violent teenage gang, met David Wilkerson in New York City in 1958.…David had heartfelt compassion for these gang members and told them of God's love for them….Yet Nicky continued to be filled with hate; "You come near me, preacher," he said, "and I'll kill you."
Wilkerson responded saying, "You could do that. You could cut me in a thousand pieces, and lay them out in the street, and every piece would love you."
That kind of love could not be resisted and over the course of time Nicky opened his heart to Christ; he changed dramatically….He got rid of his drugs, laid down his weapons, began hugging and smiling, and he let go of his anger and hatred….Instead of nurturing the hardness that once froze his soul, he became
open and joyous…In fact, Nicky eventually attended Bible college, became an evangelist, and has lived a God-fearing life of peace and love ever since.

Nicky Cruz did exactly what verse 12 (Titus 2) tells us to do; he denied “ungodliness and worldly desires”….He began living a sensible, righteous, and godly life.
NICKY LIVED IN RESPONSE TO GOD’S WONDERFUL GRACE!!!
God’s grace is sufficient for every need; will you respond to it and live like Nicky Cruz did???
“Thank You, Lord, for the miracle of grace that transforms lives, including mine. Along each step of my way this week, please help me to turn to You for the wisdom and guidance I need. May I always live in response to Your grace. In Jesus' name, amen.”
